Main applications and functions:
〖Biomedicine〗Low molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone can be used as a solubilizer, crystallization inhibitor, and suspension stabilizer for active pharmaceutical ingredients. The applications of medium molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone include adhesives for tablets, capsules, and granules, film-forming agents, lake dispersants, and bioavailability enhancers. High molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone can be used as an efficient adhesive, stabilizer for oral and topical suspensions, and thickener for surgical patches.
〖Daily chemical care〗Povidone can be used for gel gel, wet hair gel, mousse, spray and liquid setting to improve the fixation, viscosity stability and strong setting effect of products.
〖Industrial use〗New material fields include water treatment membrane pore forming agents, lithium battery material stabilizers, water-based paint and coating thickeners, glass fiber processing aids, water-based ink dispersion stabilizers, solid adhesive agents, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, etc.
